At this time we have five (5) qualified property adjusters.  We also have contacts with four (4) additional appraisers that we have worked with in the past.  These appraisers are skilled and willing to assist us should the need arise due to volume.

We serve all of Minnesota and surrounding areas.  We are willing to serve other areas if the volume of claims justifies where located.  Our fee schedule includes 100 free miles.  If we receive a minimum of five claims in a certain area, there will be no mileage charge no matter the location of the losses.  We would ask you to call us if you have a claim anywhere in the state to discuss mileage charges.  We may be willing to waive mileage fees depending on the nature of the loss.

Our appraisers have the ability to handle all lines and magnitudes of personal and commercial property losses.  We have also refined our ability to handle catastrophe situations.
